Event Sea

Terms of service

Updated: 2026-10-16

1. What Event Sea is

Event Sea (the “Service”) is an event information aggregator: we collect publicly available information about concerts, performances and other events in Lithuania from ticket sellers' websites and present it in one place — with prices, price history and a demand (“selling fast”) signal.

Event Sea is not a ticket seller. You buy tickets directly from the seller (e.g. bilietai.lt, kakava.lt) whose website the link takes you to. The purchase contract is concluded with the seller — its terms and prices apply.

2. Accuracy of information

Event dates, prices and availability are updated periodically, but they may change on the seller's website before our system is updated. Before buying, always check the final price and date on the seller's website. The demand indicator (“selling fast”) is a relative, calculated signal — it does not show the exact number of tickets sold or remaining and is not a guarantee.

3. Account

You can browse the catalogue without registering. An account is needed for the watchlist and notifications; by creating one you confirm that you are at least 14 years old. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You can delete your account at any time in the settings — your data is deleted with it (see the Privacy policy).

4. Premium subscription

5. Services for businesses (B2B)

Services for event organisers (featured listings, statistics) are provided to business customers under a separate order. Consumer-rights provisions (including the 14-day right of withdrawal) do not apply to business customers.

6. Permitted use

It is prohibited to:

If these terms are breached, we may temporarily restrict access or close the account — giving notice in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for information that has changed on sellers' websites, for event cancellations or postponements, or for damage resulting from decisions made on the basis of calculated demand signals. This provision does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Lithuanian law.

8. Intellectual property

The design, trademark and software of the Service belong to Event Sea. Event descriptions and images belong to their rights holders — they are shown for information purposes with a link to the source.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — we will inform subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept them.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to the protection afforded to consumers by the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Consumer disputes are handled out of court by the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, vvtat.lt). For cross-border disputes you can contact the European Consumer Centre Lithuania (ecc.lt).
